DKLS Premierhome Sdn Bhd is set to provide a comfortable lifestyle at affordable prices to Ipoh folk with their Ipoh Premier City development project.

They recently launched their aptly named first phase Genesis and it boasts three different unit types – the Abel townhouse, and two different-sized, two-storey superlink terrace houses called Bethel and Canaan.
Its senior project engineer Thye Shiaw Dling said one of the factors which make the project location near Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman (Jalan Kuala Kangsar) highly sought after was its connectivity and accessibility.

“There will be a swimming pool, gymnasium, badminton court, multi-purpose hall, and more.”
“Apart from this, we have not forgotten about the recreational aspect of a comfortable lifestyle as there will also be a linear garden, riverside park and a children’s playground for residents to enjoy,” he said.
Thye was confident that residents would also find their security system more than adequate for living with peace of mind.
“Our gated and guarded community housing will include a guard house, patrolling guards and a CCTV system.”
“A house alarm system can be installed as well in selected units,”he said, adding that the entire project will take about eightyears to complete.
In the first phase, there will be 84 units of the Abel townhouse, each covering a land size of 24’x70′, complete with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, one powder room, and a wet and dry kitchen.
For the Bethel two-storey superlink house, each of the 21 units cover a land size of 24’x 60′ with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garden courtyard, and a wet and dry kitchen.
As for the 30 units of the Canaan two-storey superlink house, each covers a land size of 28’x 75′, featuring four bedrooms, four bathrooms, one maid’s room, and a wet and dry kitchen.
